To empower older adults and their families with the expert senior care guidance, education, and community resources they need to make confident, person-centered decisions — always free or low-cost, always grounded in family-first values, and delivered with the dignity, choice, and independence every older adult deserves.

Tulsa Senior Compass Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit sustained by individual donors, foundation grants, faith community partners, and aligned community organizations. The organization operates with full independence from senior living and home care providers — every recommendation is guided by what genuinely serves the family.
volunteer board governance

Tulsa Senior Compass Inc. is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors composed of community members with backgrounds in senior care, healthcare, finance, law, and family caregiver advocacy. Operations adhere to Oklahoma nonprofit law and IRS requirements for 501(c)(3) public charities.
