Founder & Board Member, Tulsa Senior Compass
15+ years in senior care
Jeremy Fuller has spent more than 15 years in the senior care industry, and closer to two decades alongside his wife and business partners. For over a decade he has consulted senior care agencies across all 50 states on operations, quality of care, and how to genuinely serve families in their local markets.
His work in senior care started with a personal loss of trust. When his own mother was living with end-stage renal failure and end-stage congestive heart failure, the care she received fell short. Caregivers were disengaged and distracted, missing the small things that matter most. That experience became the reason Jeremy does this work, and the standard he holds every provider to.
He founded Tulsa Senior Compass as a free, independent nonprofit so that no Tulsa family has to feel lost, alone, or stuck with poor care simply because they did not know their options or how to pay for them. Jeremy serves on the nonprofit's board and personally helps shape the network of vetted local providers families are connected to.
